Go to https://canyouseeme.org/ and enter 32400 and see what it says. You might need to allow port in your computers firewall. Iām not a Windows user though so canāt help with that.
So this means I need to investigate how to allow that port access?
As I said in my first post, that option has been always disabled (even with my old modem) but I was able to watch plex on all my tvs.
then you have something, likely either the firewall on computer or modem/router, that is blocking it.

The problem was the firewall for the public network, I leave the configuration below and now is working everything. I even delete the virtual server and is still working. I swear that the Sunday I disabled by a moment the firewall, I donāt know what could happen today that now works.
Thank you for your patient both of you and Iām sorry to have to post in other request but it worked for me.
Now that I still have your attention if you know if a PlayStation 4 can be set as a Plex server please let me know.
