Server to Slow and other issues

Server Version#: Version 1.16.6.1592
Player Version#: Shield/Chrome/Amazon Fire Stick 4k

  • Slower Loading then it used to be
  • Users report, server not fast enough, happens when they are the only ones streaming and 2mb 720p transcode. I have 1 gig down and 40 up.

Those are just a few of the errors I’m seeing in the log.

  • Unraid 6.7.2 / binhex-plexpass docker app
  • i9 9900k
  • PNY P2000
  • 32GB
  • App and Cache installed on 1TB Samsung NVME drive
  • 94TB

  • Nvidia Shield
  • Roku 4k
  • Amazon Fire Stick 4k
  • Amazon Fire sticks (older gens)
  • Chrome

  • iOS

What’s neat is how you spotted just the right error in your first post (well maybe):

Just to be clear I was speaking about a particular issue with ffmpeg that seemed to be only effecting the Plex of Mac or Windows player app getting the error -13 for playback when over relay.

this error [PlexRelay] kex protocol error: type 7 seq 11 in server logs is new to me.

thank you for providing the logs. it could be a related issue
