Hello, i have a problem for a day, just after the upgrade of plex, my 3 servers get the upgrade and after 5 min they were down, requesting a revandication.
I did it, that’s worked but now all hour i need to do that ! that’s not normal .
So i decided to downgrade but the result is the same…

if you have problems with the Plex Media Servers you would need to make sure you have debug logging enabled on the servers and provide logs
if there are issues to do with your environment and setup of these servers and access to them to get logs then you would need to contact your hosting provider
I have the same problem.
I don’t want to create plex account or claim my server!?
Its still redirect me to login to plex account when I enter server settings!!!
It was working before the newest update!

you already have a plex account that your QNAP server is owned by and whilst that the server is signed in to that account, it is deemed secure and access would only be allowed from client apps that are also authenticated to the server account (or shared access accounts)
You can run without an account so long as the server and client apps are on the same network subnet and the network subnet is within the definition of the Private Network IP range
If you wish to run in this insecure way then sign in to plex web through the account the server is signed into, then go to settings / server / general and sign the server out and then sign your plex web session out as well and as long as you are on the same local IP range, you should be able to access your server via http://local-ip-of-pms:32400/web
I know I already have a plex account because I needed to create one after the newest update!
I can’t change server settings without account, i am still redirected to login page.
Everything was working ok before update! I have “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth” set to: 10.0.3.0/24 because I use docker image.
Please delete me plex account and any data about my server immediately! I don’t want to use any account.

There was no change in any recent version of Plex Media Server for requiring an account.
Authentication requirement whilst the server is owned by an account came in August 2016 in version 1.1.0 of Plex Media Server.
If you do not wish to use the plex account and if you server is no longer owned by the account, you can delete it yourself through the edit account interface https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/account
See the option at the bottom on that page
I am looking into the earlier provided logs. I can see an issue with authenticating the account at some point. Has there been any password changes ?
You managed to get to the server to get the logs downloaded through the web interface - so could you tell me what access works and what does not? And does access work if you go directly to your public ip and port 32400 with /web at the end?

No password were changed, there are 5 threads speaking about this problem just after the upgrade, our servers are not the problem so please, can we stop speaking about our server and concentrate us on the upgrade just that !
That’s not normal to downgrade and to have the same problem !
I can access my server in local, and in public if he has been revandicate, but if he is not i can only in local not in public.

please see my second post just before your last one. an issue has been fixed - there was a database issue for about 20 hours
Same issue here. Last night i manually updated my PMS to latest version under FreeNAS and now when i try to open the webgui on local address nothing happens until i use my android phone app to use plex, which then tells me that my server is unclaimed. After i use the android plex app to claim my server THEN i can access the webgui locally.
Super annoying, it has happened at least 3 times in the last 2 hours…
