Server unavailable on all devices after moving to TrueNAS Scale setup

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314-a0bfb8370 / 1.1.13
Player Version#: any

I’m not 100% sure what logging is needed and how to turn it on with the TrueNAS app. I moved from Windows 2012 Server running Plex with no problems to a TrueNAS server which now none of my devices can seem to connect, but the web UI hosted on the TrueNAS server works and can play content. I have a Samsung Smart TV, two Apple TVs, iOS devices, and the Windows client - none of which will work with the new server but all worked with the old Windows setup. All devices are on the same network.
I’ve tried a few things found here and in other forums without luck, namely:

  1. Disable IPv6
  2. Enable Remote mode (server goes from unavailable to browsable, but media will not stream when attempting to play items). Internet port has not been forwarded to the Plex server as I don’t want this exposed.
  3. Add direct server entry by both name and IP from clients.
  4. Remove all authorized devices from Plex settings (after doing this my Samsung app wants me to log in again every single time I start Plex now but never did this before).

Seems like this should be a lot easier to get running, but then again the TrueNAS App setup is not all that simple either.

Lets start with a copy of your server logs
