Server Unavailable - Recent Behaviour After Years of Trouble Free Operation

The behaviour started about a month ago. The server would no longer be started automatically when booting the computer. Manually starting the server was required. Now even this does not work. The server is always unavailable even after it has been confirmed to be running (Windows 11). This is true even on the local host using the Plex Web interface.

My server has turned manual as well. Every time it happens Apple TV needs to have to source re-added.

I did get mine to start loading on boot again by adding the shortcut to the startup folder. On WIN 10 right click the server icon in the start menu, more, open file location. Copy the PMS shortcut to the Startup folder in that list.

We switched to Emby and it has been flawless.
