Server Unreachable

Player Version#: Android & Web

This is more of an annoyance than anything else, but whenever I log into Plex via the web app, or the Android app, everything always comes up as “Unreachable”.

I can refresh the page (web) or click “Reset to Default” (Android app) and it will recognize the server and the “Unreachable” message goes away.

This has only started happening for me since moving my server build to a Windows-based server - it used to be Linux-based.

Any suggestions?
