Server won't start

Since a couple of days my Plex Server won’t start at all. I’m running it from a docker container. I’ve enabled logging through Preferences.xml, but I can’t see what the problem is exactly.

This is from a server start to eventually a server (manual) stop. I removed the DEBUG - [Notify] Now watching [folder] lines since I don’t like that being shared here. Hope someone can see what is going on.

edit: Does it have anything to do with the following line in the logs?

ERROR - Network Service: Error in advertiser handle read: 125 (Operation canceled) socket=68
