I tend to create a new plex server now and then to test a new platform, or in the latest cast to have a cloud based Plex server that handles something very specific. Problem is apparently the web interface defaults to the newest server and gives no option to set a default server. I do not want the newest server to be my default. I think there should be an option to hard specify a default server, or if that isn’t checked on any of them it can default to the newest.
If you don’t erase the cookies and ‘local storage’ of the domain plex.tv from your web browser, your default server should never change, once selected.

You can also sync those settings into your plex user account, so they can be used with new web app instances.
