I searched to see if anybody else was having this issue and couldn’t find anything. Anyways, in the settings, I have both the theme music disabled and the background appearance set to dim. However, these settings never survive a hard reboot, always reverting back to blue background and theme music enabled.
You are a correct, this is a known issue in which the settings arn’t permanently saved. (Last time I was testing it, they wouldn’t survive a user change on the xbox which for me usually means they’re wiped out when I turn on the xbox and it first boots to no user)
The developers are aware of it, but there is no ETA on a fix.
