Is there any quick way to send a link to one of my videos to a friend? I want them to be able to watch the video from the link without me having to create an account for them or making them do anything more than clicking the link to watch the video.

What a pity
Plex needs to authenticate the user so there is no way to just randomly allow someone to view something through Plex.
Alternatively, you could setup Cloud Sync (a Plex Pass is required) then share from the cloud provider.
