Shared library disconnects sharee

I have a library shared with my daughter. She’ll tell me that she can’t access (either through her app or computer) or that it will say that nothing is shared. I go back and look at my settings, and sure enough, the library I shared with her is no longer ticked.
I have reinstalled the latest version of the Plex server on my Windows 10, 64 bit machine.

Seems it happens as soon as she’s done watching.

I have forwarded this to the technical ppl for investigation.
