Sharing certain streaming services through Plex

I’m very new to Plex, but I have a couple questions:

I use my Roku for most of our streaming services and have already downloaded the Plex app to it. I saw that I can bring all my Netflix account into Plex. Would my family member, who currently has a profile on my account, be able to use this same Netflix account from her new apartment (not in the same IP range as the rest of our devices)?

Also, I noticed the YouTube selection did not include YouTubeTV. Is that intentional, or just not yet available to add onto Plex?

No, you cannot do that.

To be clear…

Plex can know you have Netflix if you configure it to know and it can then tell you if things you search for are on Netflix and open Netflix app to the show/movie on the device if you select it, but it does not directly link to your Netflix account or play Netflix within Plex player apps.
