I have my kids as users under Plex Home and use labels to allow them to access certain media.
This morning I logged into the web interface of my Plex server to add the labels to the media that was added last night and when I click the pencil icon there is no “Sharing” option to allow me to add the labels.
I checked some movies/tv shows that I had already shared and they do not have the option in the menu either.
I have been running the same version of PMS for a bit, have not updated recently, this just started happening out of the blue.
I’m seeing the same thing as you. I first noticed it yesterday. I’m not seeing the sharing option. The sharing option is missing for media that I’ve already labeled too. I’ve tried logging out of the media account and logging back in but still seeing the problem. Restarted multiple times and issue persists. I have a lifetime pass so the sharing option should be available.
I’m showing that under Friends that the users (my kids) still have access to the share and all the Restriction options (ratings and labels) are still intact.
