Is it possible to share a playlist with an other users ?
It could be usefull to make a selection of movie for an other user and share easily.

Yep, but i share all my media with the other user already.
So he have already acces to the movie, i just want share a playlist what i’ll make on my user profil with an other user who have acces to my library too.
If you simply want to recommend movies in general, add them to a collection.
You can then optionally publish this collection to the Home page or the library’s Recommended tab.

Is it possible to share this collection with only one user ?
I think use “etiquette” (in french) but i don’t know if that’s will working ?
If i don’t give acces to this etiquette at the other, that’s will be don’t share movie in this collection, no ?
Unfortunately it is not possible to publish a collection to just one user.
I am not sure if your workaround will work. I have never tried this.
The first article @OttoKerner posted, “Single Item Shares,” makes it clear that playlists can be shared, just like an individual movie.
Be aware that, in the latest beta, “Share” on the Action menu has been renamed “Grant Access.”
What if you add a sharing label to the collection and add that label restrictions to users? I don’t know how this interacts with publishing to the homepage, but I assume it will only show up for users allowed to view that label.
So I create a new user “Test” for making test 
And Ok “share/grant access” Make a new pin tab named “shared”.
With this, I can share a playlist, so cool.
But, this “shared” pin is affected by “Restrictions”.
So if i make a label “for user 1” and configure “User 1” restriction “allow only label : For User1”
User 1 don’t see media share/grant access if not tagged “Sharing labels : for user 1”.
So if i see a media and want to share with user 1, i can’t grant acces since plex client by add to playslit shared; i need to come on my PC and add sharing label “For User1” at this media.
Maybe when we use “grant access” on a media/playlist, that’s be cool to share with this user regardless restriction…
