Shield Android TV is currently unavailable

Hello,

I use the Nvidia Shield Pro 2019. Everything was working fine but I’ve been having a problem since yesterday.

When I started the Shield and went to Plex it gave me the error “Shield Android TC is currently unavailable” I’m not able to access any content that is on my NAS.

I’ve checked and there are no updates for the Plex Media Server or the player on the Shield and also the connection to the Shield and NAS are fine. I logged out of the player and when I tried to login again it gave me 2 options 1. Shield Android TV and 2. Local Host. W

When I logged into Shield Android TV it gave me the same error but on logging out again and logging into “local host” my content shows up.

What should I do?
