Soo - came across an interesting post in Geforce forums but honestly wasnt too clear (and talks of hauppauge tuner = US mode).
Interestingly tvheadend on RPI sees xbox one tuner, but plugged into shield and nada…
anyway - wondering if anyone got this working perhaps?

Nope, won’t work. There are no drivers for Android.
