Show framerate in Playback Info?

Hi,

Is there any way to find out the frame-rate of the currently playing video? The resolution and codec information in Playback Info is very useful, but I’m looking for a way to discover the frame-rate of the currently playing video file, so that I can set my TV/Streaming Box to the same refresh rate to match.

(auto changing frame rate is not supported by my Nokia Streaming Box 8010, so I need to do it manually)

Curious why there aren’t any replies or reasons why this cannot be implemented. Seems like it would be very useful info. Is it not possible? Thanks for any info…

Plex does actually have a way to show the frame rate of the video file, in the info screen when you click on the plot before playing the video.

I see that, thanks for the tip. But that’s before the video starts playing. It could be 60p, or whatever if the display device doesn’t support 24p etc. Still would like to see the actual framerate while playing. Any plans to include the actual framerate in Playback Info while the video is playing? Thanks for any info…
