Shows fail to record and EPG fails to scan

This has happened 5 days in a row now, and I can’t figure out what’s happening. I look at the Recording Schedule, and it displays shows that it should have recorded and ones that it should be recording right now, but there’s no indication that its doing so. I look at the HDHomeRun Tuner Status page and its not actively tuned to anything. I try to refresh the EPG and it hangs at 0%.

If I kill the PMS process and bring it back up, it immediately starts recording (albeit in the middle of the episode) and earlier, missed shows from the day aren’t even displayed.
