Shuffle music does not work properly

Server Version#:1.19.3.2764.
Player Version#: 4.30.2

The shuffle function does not work properly with ATV4 HD after the TVOS 13.4 update with PMS 1.19.3.2764.

The first 10 songs are always the same!

On your server, go to Settings–>Library

Disable the setting for
Enable smart shuffling on artists and smart music playlists

This option, described as “Smart shuffling prefers highly rated, popular and less recently heard tracks.” almost always guarantees the identical shuffle in the same order, so it’s really not that smart. :thinking:

EDIT: If anyone is watching, this setting should probably be in the advanced section when you edit the music library, as it only applies to Music. :grin:

The list of shuffled songs were almost identical every time.
Much better now …
