sickbeard with plexconnect

thanks alot for plexconnect...my kids are very grateful too.

 

can these be run at the same time?  when i try to run sick beard with a new sudo command, it shuts plexconnect down.

Have you altered your SB install to run on port 80 rather than the default 8080 by chance?

SB is on 8081 and sabnzbd is on 8080.


I think it’s something to do with terminal and running two processes (SB and plexconnect)at the same time.

Are you trying to run them in the same window/tab?

PlexConnect is designed to shut down if you hit enter when the window is focused.

Try opening a new tab/window for the other program.

No need to start and keep SB running in a terminal window.  Use this script to launch SB at login and run it in the background.

Or just use the convenient Sickbeard binary which you can launch from the Dock.
