Hi,
Had to delete/re-create my databases due to some weird metadata updates (lack of them) and due to the fact that refreshes and rebuilds of the libraries themselves weren’t working.
So, per the advice of an article I found here, I stopped my Plex server, then manually deleted my “com.plexapp.plugins.library.db” file, restarted Plex and rebuilt all my libraries. All is looking good, as my libraries are being re-scanned and everything appears better from a metadata perspective.
However, i’m noticing this one thing in the web application. Specifically, the “pinned” sidebar entries for my new libraries in the web app are showing fine, but there’s also some weird pinned stuff there that cannot be unpinned or removed:
Presuming that these weird items are remnants of the old libraries blasted when I deleted and re-created my DBs?
Any idea how I could get rid of them?
