I don’t understand why it is so always difficult to sign in

Inviting to sign in… and
"Une erreur s’est produite lors de l’enregistrement " in french, it says
“An error occured while registering”
Press again button Sign in
A see quickly on the screen
“Thanks ! You have successfully signed in.
you will be redirectly automatically.”
… and as quick another message that says the same : an error occured… blablabla
I always met such problems with Safari, Firefox.
There is nothing special in my LAN, no NAS.
I sometimes get half it working

I had to clean all.
Delete server in Plex
Uninstall Plex
Delete Folders in Library and cache
Delete Firefox cookies, cache
Reinstall Plex
Recreate libraries.
