Sign in Problem "Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end"

Hi there, i have read some Topics to this Problem but not realy a solution that works for me :frowning: When i try to log in on a browser - i tried Safari, Firefox, Edge - i always have the Message " Internal Server Error. Something went wrong on our end" and nothing happen.

Is there something wrong with my account?

I have tried to restart PMS, the MacMini it is on it, log out and re-log in the Server to the account (yes, i can login to the server with 127.0.0.1 on the MacMini itself!)

That helped. The TIDAL Link was the Problem!

  1. Go to your https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources account page and disable the Music/TIDAL provider
  2. On your https://plex.tv/users/other-services account page, unlink TIDAL, and then link it fresh
  3. Back on the Online Media Sources page, enable the Music/TIDAL provider again
  4. Wait 10 minutes for changes to propagate
