Have tried suggestions. Disabled virus, firewall and vpn but still receive a short blank browser screen when attempting sign in on previously created account. Latest Windows desktop version and latest windows update. Any suggestions?
Updated server version to 1.25.4.5468. Player version 1.4.0.1.2823. Ran both as admin and followed proxy suggestions with same results. Reviewed all forum entries after sign in search. Most had no response but one said problem is usually something on pc. Would really like to purchase lifetime option for this product but hard to do considering sign in doesn’t work. If there is another avenue of support I would like to try it.
The sign in problem was caused by a non-functional copy of Microsoft edge. Somehow the edge browser was called during the sign in process and edge failed. Installing a new copy from the Microsoft store resolved the problem.
