I love the DVR and have compared it the Channels believe it is a great product. But the amount of time it takes to tune in a channel is wholly unacceptable and would keep me from ever recommending it to anyone.
Is is embarrassing when compared to any other option…
I am not sure if there is a solution - but we should be embarrassed that it takes more than 10 seconds to tune in a channel.
