I absolutely love the new sonic analysis features. It’s the best tool ever for discovering music in a large collection. But it’s not perfect: the list that’s generated from “similar tracks” often contains duplicates, so I have to go through it and remove the extras before listening.
It’s not that the very same recording appears multiple times, but the same song as found on different albums. For example, it might be a song from both the original album and also from a “greatest hits” album, or some other compilation like “Sounds of the 70s”.
So my wish is that you’d prune out dupes from what’s being selected, probably by matches on the artist & title.
