wow. and they’re offering premium? no way i’m going to pay one penny if a simple thing like adding some mp4’s to a library is not straightforward.
think i’m switching to xbmc
make a Home Videos library if you don’t actually care about naming it correctly to get proper metadata. this has nothing to do with it being an mp4
If you’d made your first post a request for help, rather than a rant, maybe somebody could have helped you. Your problem could be permissions, file naming or any number of things.
But hey, I’m sure you feel better now
