I have 6 files in an “Other Videos” library. Only five files are showing up. I’ve checked all of the logs and the Plex Media Scanner.log file is showing that this particular file was added to the library, however, it’s not showing up in the web interface or any of my client apps. I’ve confirmed permissions match those of the other files in this library. I’m truly stumped. I’ve even gone as far as removing the library and adding it back.
From the Plex Media Scanner.log:

Check file permissions so plex can read it?
The permissions on that file are _identical _to the other files that are added. Yes, plex user can read it.
EDIT: Added Plex Media Scanner Log. The file I’m looking for to be added is Regular-Season-Week4-vs-Ravens-Full.mp4 and you can see on Line 12 (if using Notepad++) it says it was added for the scanner.
It sees the file but for some reason it’s not accepting the file as valid.

That’s REALLY strange. It plays in VLC and is the same format as the other files in that directory. I suppose I can delete the file and get it again and see if that fixes it.

Run the file through Handbrake. That’ll fix a bunch of anomalies
Re-downloading the file worked. I’m not sure what the issue was but it’s fixed.
