Skip forward, reverse and other controls missing from below time line

On screen controls for skip forward and reverse are missing from below time line. The play / pause, next and previous controls are visible and seem to work ok.

They’ve been removed from the playback controls, you can use the arrow keys while the OSD is hidden or move up to the seek bar to seek within an item.
