i have reinstal my pc with windows and the skip intro is not working i have plexpass, but before the reinstal of my pc it works and now it dont works how can i fix this…?
You probably need to regenerate the skipping info

Has plex had time to rescan for intros? Those scheduled tasks usually run around 4am. Have tried manually analyzing a show just to test?
