skip intro doesnt even come up. its turned on and doesnt come up on any device
On what exact build of the experience preview are you experiencing this?
I’ve been streaming a number of shows just last night with skip intro set to manual, and the skip-intro button popped up just fine.
Did Plex already analyze the episodes in question?
If you open them in Plex Web → check the „Get Info“ action from their context menu and click „View XML“. If Plex has analyzed the files and found intros, they should be listed as „marker“ tags.
