I just upgraded to beta to see if issue was there too.
Also the issue is minor and I can see why it happened. I like to order my TV epsidodes so that the latest episodes are at the top/beginining. it allows me to see if they are up to date, and easily find new episodes.
However when I tell a library to sort Newest First (Edit library>advanced); if it is a series I have not started, when click on the play icon on the series, instead of playing the earliest un watched episode it starts with the newest.
Like I said, its not really a bug. But I cant think why someone would watch a TV series backwards. Doesn’t mean there are not reasons, but I think the behavior of playing a series should ignore sort order.
Before sort order, this is how I started a new series. Click on the play button on the serie icon. Less clicks, I am lazy.
