When I create a smart collection trying to filter videos title with the criteria “contains” the filter doesn’t show any video containing the keywordI put.
But if I change the criteria to “does not contains” then it works by removing all the video containing the video.
Why the filter works for “does no contains” but not for “contains” with the same keyword?
Which version of web app are you using? What is the keyword you are using? I cannot reproduce the issue. I used Titlecontainsalien and it only showed those movies with “alien” in the title and the smart collection it made
It seems related that all my title (coming directly from the file name) all words are separated by _ aka the_title_of_my_movie.
In this case the “contains” doesn’t work at all whatever the keywords is, nor “title”, nor “my”, nothing works and no movies show up.
but the “doesn’t contains” works by not showing the movies that contain the keywords
With space instead of underscore, it works.
Which version of web app? I don’t know I’m not choosing what my browser use but isn’t a server feature and not frontend? As it was neither working on my browser or TV app
I have the same issue with “contains” filter.
Here are the screenshots of using. So it “works” only when word begins with input letters.
When it’s inside the word - filter doesn’t work.
