Smart combination of Local, Cloud, and Remote libraries

With the implementation of Plex Cloud, I would LOVE to see a feature that combines server libraries.

Example: I have most content on Amazon Cloud Drive using Plex Cloud, while newer content resides on my local server until I get a chance to upload it to ACD. I would like Plex to combine the two libraries and play content from wherever it may be. If the content exists on both servers, it would default to local content.

I do not have access to Plex Cloud Beta yet, but I assume it just appears as a separate server in the server list? This is awesome and all, but I would love to seamlessly combine the Cloud and Local servers.
