Smart TVs suddenly unable to connect

Hi all, having an issue since the last update of neither of my Smart TVs (1 x Samsung, 1 x Hisense) unable to connect.

I have gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall Plex Media Server and also followed the on screen message of under network settings changing secure settings from disabled to preffered or required.

Any one else having the same issue?

Does the long-standing announcement about those platforms no longer supporting current root certificates to encrypt the communication apply to your Smart TV models?
