SmartTV at parants not seening my plex server

I have this small issue that I can’t work out,

I just been over to my parents to whom I share my plex server with, and for some reason it has stop seeing my server. I haven’t done anything to the server, or to my network.

on my parents TV I am able to see the free PLEX media stuff with no issues, but when I try and see anything on my plex server, I am informed that it can’t see it.

but when I use the Plex app on they phone or tablet then I have no issues. and I can see the server with no issues.

I also tried using my account on there TV and got the same issue - no server is found and but on the tablet and my phone I was able to see the server.

I have signed out and back in a few times and still the same issue, the installation of the Plex app is a straight forward install - with no modifications. I am confused why this has happened and I can’t work out why.

any ideals ?

thanks for the information, I tried the above, but I ended up getting a third third device to allow them to stream my Plex.
