[Solved] Unable to play contents error “Conversion failed”

Hello since I’ve updated PMS on my Synology Ds720+ DsM 7.2.1 I’m unable to play any content from Plex web from any iOS device (tested on iPad an iPhone both latest iOS version, tried Safari and Chrome). I’ve enabled the debug logs and noticed the 2 errors I’ve pasted above. Any clue why this is happening?

Fixed this way:

Let’s try this.

  1. Stop Plex
  2. Go into the Codecs directory
  3. Remove all the files except the .device_idfile
  4. Now go up into the Drivers directory
  5. Delete everything
  6. Start Plex
  7. Test again
