Problem playing video 'codec'

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the codec when I play videos : ‘[Req#120d/Transcode] Error configuring transcoder: Decoder install failed: h264’

I try to rename the folder ‘Codecs-old’, restart PMS, but I have still the problem :frowning:

Your server is having issues connecting to plex.tv to grab the required codecs. This is a networking issue on your server.
