Player Version#: Vizio TV
This has happened in multiple versions, so its not version specific. 9/10 1080p movies/Shows work just fine, others don’t. I’ve tried so many different things. For example there was a movie called Book Club… It started working after I removed all sub titles. But that fix doesn’t work for others. I have this show that’s 1080p, starts working for a bit but then audio cuts off and then movie starts cutting off.
I am starting to think its an audio issue. Both my NAS and TV are hardwired so its not a network issue and most movies/shows play just fine.
The Audio for this mkv file is E-AC-3 (48000 HZ, 6 Channels) same as so many other video files.
The Codec is MPEG-4p10/AVC/H.264 (1920x1080 pixels) same as so many other video files.
The file works fine on PC, streaming it from Chrome to TV, Playing in Plex App… not sure what the issue is and why it happens on some video files.
I have downloaded two separate versions of these files. Both Buffer/Skip/Error. This show started April 2020. They are two separate sources: WEB-DL and WEBRip.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the settings I should use to re-encode the files by chance so I can do that and then test? Will these settings work for both movies and tv shows?
