I’ve been using Plex server as a DLNA server for some time without an issue via two Denon amps running HEOS. Just recently, when searching for music by Genre, I’ve started seeing ‘No information available’. This isn’t happening with all music and I can’t say I can see any pattern to it. To give a speciific example, recently I went to Music/Genre/Classical/Copland, and got this repsonse. Looking under folder instead it worked. As far as I can see, the music has the correct tags. Does anyone have any ideas, please?
I should probably have mentioned that this is using the HEOS app on Android.
