Some questions about live tv

Hello everyone,

I recently discovered xteve and I personally impressed.

I have some questions

1 / There is a way to edit recorded tv show (remove the start and the end )?

2/ There is a way to retrieve xmtv.xml and EPG file URL in order to handle my IPTV organisation in xteve instead of plex ?

3/ Does plex can automatically records all épisodes (and futur) of a specific tv show ?

1. Yes, I use VideoReDo TV Suite 5:
   VideoReDo MPEG Video Editor
   TV Suite 6 is today’s equivalent - and not surprisingly costs the same $100 it did when I got 5 many years ago. Best $100 I’ve spent on anything.
   IF 5 stops working and I have to buy 6 - I would without hesitation - it’s that good.

Edit Recordings?

No, Plex doesn’t do that.
Plex can take a stab at removing the commercials.
May or may not work as expected, but that’s about it.
