My sis TVs seem to have problems recently, they are getting slow connection
They keep receiving the “slow connection with the server” message
But my internet is pretty fast (400/50mbps) so it shouldn’t be a problem
I have my own FireTv (well, fire stick) and I have zero problem
I’d like to know, is it possible that her TVs are connecting to my server through internet?
I mean… instead of just going local…?
She has a FireTV and a RokuTV
I’d like to know if there is a way to check this, because it’s not normal for them to have so much trouble to connect to my server
When she says that it lags, I check my Windows Task Manager and the Plex Transcoder isn’t functionning (I mean, it doesn’t use much of the cpu like when it really transcode)
We don’t stream any 4K content, and last time she told me it was lagging, she was streaming 720p content… so I doubt it’s normal
What do you think it could be?
Could it be a router problem?
Could it be a server problem?
Could it be a ISP problem?
