I have a plex pass subscription, have logged in and out but no change,

OpenAI is working in the app which at least implies it knows I have a plex pass

Running a pair of Xeon CPU E7-8890 v3 @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 18 Core(s), 36 Logical Processor(s)

Any ideas

  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. Wait 3 minutes
  6. Fetch the server logs and post them here
