I have a late-2013-model Sony Bravia smart TV. I have no problems playing content from Plex Media Server (PMS) running on my iMac.
However, it's a pain to keep my iMac running 24/7, so I recently installed PMS on a remote server.
Is the Sony Bravia capable of connecting to a remote (non-LAN) Plex source?
As far as I can tell, the Bravia limits you to LAN media sources.... but perhaps somebody on this forum has worked out a solution to this problem?
