Is there any way that we can do this? I would love this feature for when we are looking for something quick to watch. So that it’s easier to find our 20 minute shows among all the 40+ minute shows that we have on our servers.
This is only possible for movies at the moment.
Put your library into ‘List view’ mode
add the column for ‘Duration’
click on the column header of ‘Duration’
Would this be possible in the near future for both tv and movies? Also while in poster view? (really hate using list view, so boring and old school)

I wouldn’t know either.
Future features are not told to the public.
Oh, I thought you were actually part of the Plex team. My bad 
2022 clean-up:
- option to sort by duration is available for movies/episodes → implemented
- there’s another existing suggestion to allow filtering by duration → duplicate
