Sort the collections/playlists alphabetically in the Add to menu

When I go to add an item to a playlist or collection and it’s going into a collection/playlist that isn’t one of the recently created collections/playlist, you have to hit the popup to ‘Add to …’.

When one of the pages popup, it shows you a list of the existing playlists or collections but these are sorted by their primary key (basically, date entered), it would be nice if this was alphabetical. Sorting by the primary key is fine for a few entries … but when you have 50+, you are FORCED to use the search box to try to find things.

I also ran out of votes, so I can’t vote for this. But this suggestion seems like a super super easy update.

Did you ever get a solution to this issue? I have the same issue when adding items to my playlist. I have 100+ playlists so it would be much easier if the add to playlist option was sorted alphabetically. It used to be this way, but something changed recently.

Nope, I have a lot of playlists too and I can never find the one I’m attempting to look for from the add to menu … I have to just create a new playlist and then go to the playlist screen (since it is alphabetical) and delete the old playlist from there.

Whomever decided to keep them in created order obviously doesn’t have many playlists.
