Sorting Daily Episodes versus Weekly Episodes?

I would like to sort shows that are on daily so the latest episode is listed first.

And to sort shows that are weekly or released all at once oldest to newest.

Is it possible? I had this working at one point but it does not seem you can sort TV shows differently? It has to be all the same? Pointers please?
