Sound issue?

Hi,

 

There seems to be a sound issue, when a TV episode or movie has finished and Plex returns to its title screen, it starts playing the audio over again from the beginning.  No video, just audio.  If you click back into the menu the audio is still playing.  Any way to stop this?

Is it the audio from the actual title or "theme" music?

Its the actual audio track.  I have theme music disabled.
