When watching a TV show episode on the PS3 after the episode finishes and it goes back to the play screen the audio for the episode starts playing again until you either exit the app or start something else.
That's mighty weird. Consistent for you?
I've got this as well. It doesn't happen every time, but it's not rare either. As OP said, you either have to quit the app or start something else to get it to stop.
Yeah it's pretty common, I'd say at least 50% of the time. It only happens if I let the video play until the end and go back to the menu automatically.

has happend to me also not very offten tho and it was on a mp4.
