I cannot get sound for certain TV shows to play after converting to from the disk to MKV format. I have noticed that these shows are in AC3 Mono format. Furthermore, they play ok on my iphone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I did get it working fine on roku now. Just an issue with PS4.
Couldn’t the plex application on ps4 recognize this and re-encode to a format that is supported?
